Eamonn Flaherty, played by Maurice O'Donoghue, was a character who appeared in three episodes of EastEnders set in Kilmoneen, Ireland in 1997. As the son of Maggie Flaherty, he is a descendant of the Beale family.
Sean and Maggie Flaherty's eldest son, who lived with his parents, wife Brenda and their five kids (Colette, Eamonn Junior, Declan, Kylie and Carl). He didn't appreciate his English relatives Pauline, Mark and Ian questioning the family's treatment of Maggie, and disliked his younger brother, "golden boy" Conor. When local bartender Patrick told him about niece Mary's affair with married man Gerry McCrae, Eamonn told his father, who hounded Mary out of the town.
